2. Ma\u0142oletni poni\u017cej 16 lat mo\u017ce by\u0107 cz\u0142onkiem Klubu pod warunkiem przed\u0142o\u017cenia pisemnej zgody
rodzic\u00f3w lub opiekun\u00f3w prawnych.
3. Przynale\u017cno\u015b\u0107 do Klubu zatwierdza Zarz\u0105d Klubu.
4. Osoby prawne mog\u0105 by\u0107 cz\u0142onkami wspieraj\u0105cymi Klub. Cz\u0142onk\u00f3w wspieraj\u0105cych przyjmuje Zarz\u0105d na
podstawie pisemnego zg\u0142oszenia zawieraj\u0105cego deklaracj\u0119 rodzaju i zakresu wsparcia udzielonego
Klubowi i podpisaniu porozumienia okre\u015blaj\u0105cego zakres wzajemnych praw i obowi\u0105zk\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
Zgodnie z \u00a7 10 punkt 3 Statutu Klubu<\/p>\n
3. Do kompetencji Zarz\u0105du Klubu nale\u017cy:
a) przyjmowanie nowych cz\u0142onk\u00f3w klubu i skre\u015blanie z listy cz\u0142onk\u00f3w.
b) Ustalanie ilo\u015bci godzin obowi\u0105zkowej pracy spo\u0142ecznej na rzecz Klubu.
c) Podejmowanie decyzji w sprawie zasad zast\u0105pienia pracy spo\u0142ecznej ekwiwalentem pieni\u0119\u017cnym
oraz ustalenia wysoko\u015bci tego ekwiwalentu.<\/p>\n
